    • Abstract:
New York runner Rachel Gersten was lining up for the New York Mini 10K in 2018 when a man began lobbing suggestive comments toward her and the other runners participating in the all-women's race. According to one study in the Journal of the American Medical Association, 70% of CBD products didn't contain the amount of CBD stated on their labels. There was no consensus as to why they were using CBD, but the top reasons given were for tension & stress, muscle & joint discomfort, mood support, sleep support, as well as supporting overall health & wellness. Here's how Weinshenker, Gersten, and Myers advise sharing your story with minimal risk and maximum impact. [Extracted from the article]
