      Preparing for the launch of an enterprise-wide cybersecurity system, a team of instructional designers is presenting its learning plan to the chief security officer. Albert Bandura's team performed its experiments at a time when behaviorism - a theory sometimes caricatured as "mice in a maze" - dominated psychology. At first glance, you may think that Bandura's experiments with children and the Bobo doll contradict behaviorism. Bandura's team expanded people's understanding of learning and behavior change, showing that they can result from external stimuli and social psychology working hand in hand.
