    • Abstract:
The article suggests ways on how to liberate Black woman educators from being stereotyped as having super-human strength which can lead to health challenges. These include the need for administrators and the school community to honor and respect the knowledge and leadership style of Black female teachers, cultivating a culture of self-care, and reviewing course loads and providing support to teachers who struggle with classroom management.
