      The article discusses An Alban Berg manuscript at Oxford: a postscript after 75 years, which includes a short piece by Egon Wellesz in which he described the circumstances leading to the arrival in Oxford, in 1945, of a manuscript by Alban Berg. The manuscript, containing the autograph of Berg's Altenberg Lieder, was a gift from Helene Berg to Oxford University, to mark the liberation of Austria by the Allies.
