      Stewart used fruit from Frog Hollow Farm to adapt James Villas's peach cobbler recipe in The Town & Country Cookbook. Stewart chose to prepare Villas's recipes for potato, leek, and carrot terrine; fried chicken; and strawberry-peach cobbler (sans strawberries).
