      The author reflects on presidential candidate Rudolph W. Giuliani's unintelligent political campaign in the U.S. He implies that the former New York mayor is making the biggest risk among the candidates by skipping campaigns in several states like Iowa, New Hampshire, and Michigan. He believes that the campaign strategy he has been using would cost him a lot of votes in several primary states of the country.
