      A biography of Chris Colfer, American actor from the TV show "Glee", is presented. He was born on May 27, 1990 in California and studied at Clovis East High School. He then enrolled in classes at Fresno City College and continued to go to acting auditions in Los Angeles. He plays the character of Kurt in "Glee," and has received recognition for his portrayal including the 2011 Golden Globe Award for Best Performance by An Actor in a Supporting Role in a Series.
