      An interview with the recipients of the Outstanding Women in Business Award including Justine Vogel, Juliana Eades and Katharine Eneguess is presented. When asked about managing personal and professional life, Eades states that it does get difficult to maintain, but her family helps. Eneguess believes that several mentors have helped her shape her career. Vogel comments on the challenges she faced in reaching the point in her career where she stands today.
