- Abstract: The article focuses on Arkimedeion, a new science centre and technology museum in Syracuse in Sicily, Italy which is dedicated to Greek mathematician Archimedes. It states that Arkimedeion is a joint venture of scientific and financial partners based in Barcelona, Spain and Milan, Italy, which was inaugurated in December 2011. It says that a Greek temple in the middle of the museum commemorates Archimedes as an universal genius.
