      The article discusses how patients are kept safe when a hospital builds a new facility or renovates existing space. It discusses use of "Infection Control Risk Assessment Matrix of Precautions for Construction & Renovation" as key resource to address construction-related infection, reduction of construction noise and vibration to not put people at risk or in discomfort due to lack of sleep, and importance of effective planning and communication to ensure that everyone is prepared.
