The article presents the results of the survey of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) Section of Ambulatory Care Practitioners Section Advisory Group (SAG) on Compensation and Practice Sustainability. Topics include pharmacist integration into team-based ambulatory care practice models, the importance of cooperation and participation, and the need for supportive practice partners. Also discussed was the value of documenting services and outcomes.
