      Articles Even before Britain entered the second wave of Covid-19 and England was locked down again, you might have noticed that something was wrong with London - specifically central London. Arguably Brexit is a very bad thing for London, given what it had done for the internationalisation of London. Peter Heather of King's College, London, an authority on the fall of the Roman empire, said that Covid was a catalyst for change for London, Britain and the West.
