    • Abstract:
This article presents information on forthcoming film and television tie-ins in the bookselling industry in Great Britain. It is worth noting that as far as TV books go, the market has arguably never been stronger, and the past couple of years have seen the range of tie-ins available expand dramatically. Many years ago, before home video, buying a tie-in book or novelisation of a film was one of the few ways fans could own a piece of their favourite movies, but today even the most modest blockbuster has a whole range of merchandise available, from action figures to chocolate bars, and it is true to say that books are really only a small part of the overall picture.
