- Abstract: The article discusses efforts of Mark P. Denbeaux, professor at Seton Hall University's School of Law and director of the Center for Policy and Research, to ensure preservation of historical records regarding the Guantánamo Bay Detention Camp in Cuba, run by the U.S. Government. Denbeaux, a veteran of the civil rights movement who marched in Selma, Alabama in 1965, regrets not recording many details of what happened there, and emphasizes the importance of preserving documents from Guantánamo.
