      An interview with George Mehaffy and David Shulenberger, vice presidents of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU) and National Association of State Universities and Land-Grant Colleges (NASULOG), is presented. When ask about how the Voluntary System of Accountability (VSA) get started, Shulenberger refers to the taskforce that were organized in February 2008 to engage with the question of what the public wants to know on the implication of the organization.
