    • Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the improvement of experimental attitude in terms of John Dewey's philosophy of experimentation by prospective teachers. The inquiry consisted of a control group and an experimental group, both of which were pre-tested at the beginning and post-tested at the end of 1968-69 academic year. Throughout the year an attempt was made to gear the programme towards this philosophical school of thought. At the end it was discovered that the experimental group improved their experimental attitude significantly. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
