    • Abstract:
The article discusses the military relations of the dispute between the Soviet Union and Communist China. According to several American scholars, disagreements on policy and military actions between the two countries existed even before the Chinese Communist Party came to power in 1949. Sino-Soviet relations had disintegrated until 1960 when the Soviet government had suddenly withdrew all its military aid program and its civilian technicians and advisers in a way that angered the Chinese community.
