      The article discusses the importance of narratives in content marketing. Topics include information on how narratives influence the perception of consumers or users towards a particular service, and discusses the details criteria that measure the effectiveness of narratives such as familiarity of the narrative to the organization, the presentation of the marketing material, and the relevance of the material to readers.
