      The article offers information on the works of artist Rafa Esparza. Topics discussed include transformation of the interior of the nonprofit LACE's white cube gallery on Hollywood Boulevard into that of an adobe hut by the artist; in 2013, Esparza staged a street performance in Chinatown near the site of the Chinese Massacre of 1871; and the usage of bricks by the artist to make an immersive installation for the Whitney Biennial.
