      The article discusses a trip by a group of French actors and filmmakers to Berlin, Germany, in 1942, which led to the propaganda of the German occupation of France and its control on French cinema. The Propaganda Staffel's primary aim of a photograph of the trip was to show the general public in France that French artists, along with their German colleagues, belonged to the association of continental artists in opposition to the film industries of Great Britain and the U.S.
