      The article presents a study which aims to determine the labor force participation rate in the U.S. and in Canada. The study compared and analyzed the track record of a rising participation rate in both countries. Results highlight the disparity in labor force participation rates of prime-age workers and of women due to difference to policies such as childcare subsidies and parental leave policies.
