      This article approaches to the migration theme taking into account some basic- simple concepts such as dispersion, brain drain, brain circulation, remittance, etc. It also is about the main tendency to rescue and emphasize the possible positive concepts that in the last years the migration phenomenon has taken related to the transborded links. This links are analysed from three different perspectives: an economical main point (remittance), social (academic perspective and organised civil society) and political (effective arrangement of the vote by mail). Finally, some possible research lines are suggested from this three different perspectives. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

      El presente artículo aborda la temática migratoria tomando en duenta algunos conceptos teóricos básicos (diaspora, fuga y circulación de cerebros, remesas, etcetera) as como la tendencia predominante en los últimos años a rescatar y enfatizar los posibles aspectos positivos que conlleva el fenómeno migratorio a través de los vínculos transfronterizos. Estos vínculos son analizados desde tres perspectivas: un eje económico (remesas), social (perspectiva académica y sociedad civil organizada) y político (instrumentación del efectivo ejercicio del voto por correspondencia). Por último, se sugieren posibles lineas de investigación de los vínculos transfronterizos desde estas tres perspectivas. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
