Gentle yoga session for improved flexibility, balance, and strength.
Space is limited, and registration is highly recommended. Medical release form(s) must be submitted prior to participation. This session will consist of slow and gentle movements designed to get our bodies in motion, and to explore techniques that may help reduce stress, both on and off the mat.
