Shakespeare for All: Clarence Felder's American "Macbeth"

Main Library - Join local scholars and Actors’ Theatre of South Carolina representatives for a screening of a new adaptation of “Macbeth” that's set on the pirate-held coastline of Colonial America. Following the screening, a discussion will examine many of the play’s themes, including the human will to overcome tyranny and its deadly grasp on power. Participanting scholars include Clarence Felder, David Loar, Damon Fordham and Alexia Helsey.
