Join Charleston County Public Library and Dr. Curry for a conversation on his book, The Thompson Family: Untold Stories from The Past (1830-1960). In partnership with the International African American Museum, learn about this remarkable Aiken County family as Dr. Curry discusses the chronicles of the Thompson Family. From the hardships of life lived within servitude to stories of freedom and personal successes.
