      A biography of Laura Buzo, author of novels including "Good Oil," and "Holier Than Thou," is presented. She was born in 1978 in Sydney, New South Wales and studied at Double Bay Primary School and Sydney Girls High. She then enrolled at University of Sydney for two bachelor's degrees in social work and English. The article discusses the themes of her books "Good Oil" that was influenced by the Wes Anderson movie "Rushmore".
