      In Spain, chloride spring waters are considered as those with a mineral content of at least 1 g/L of dry residue consisting of over 20% mEq/L of both chloride ions. The aim of this work is to determine the content of these substances in the water of 91 spanish spas. As well as the application and indications in different systems or apparatus of human body. From the waters of the 91 spas analyzed 30 (28,6%) can be classified as chloride water. The range concentration from 15.265 to 158 mg/L. Applications these spas are rheumatic, respiratory, dermatology and digestives diseases, in this order. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

      En España, se consideran aguas mineromedicinales cloruradas aquellas que tienen una mineralización de al menos 1 g/l de residuo seco y contienen más de un 20% de mEq/l de ion cloruro. El objetivo del trabajo es determinar el contenido de esta sustancia en las aguas mineromedicinales de 91 balnearios españoles. Así como sus aplicaciones e indicaciones en los distintos sistemas o aparatos del cuerpo humano. De las aguas de los 91 balnearios analizadas 30 (28,6 %) pueden clasificarse como cloruradas. El rango de concentraciones varía de 15.265 a 158 mg/L. Las aplicaciones de las aguas en estos balnearios son en aparato locomotor, respiratorio, dermatología y digestivo, por este orden.
