MIGRANTS' AND REFUGEES' SATISFACTION AND ACCESS IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE. (English)

The European Union due to the increasing influx of migrants and refugees has faced new challenges in providing health care. Primary Health Care (PHC) is the first point of entry into the health system of most countries. The aim of the study is to analyse the factors that contribute to migrants' and refugees' satisfaction and access in primary health care in Greece. A review presenting articles of the last five years has been conducted by the PubMed, Google Scholar and Scopus data in English and Greek language. The study provides information about the challenges that migrants and refugees deal with in their access and satisfaction in the PHC services provided in Greece. Interdisciplinary collaborative approaches contribute to better quality of care by enhancing collaborations between primary health care and community involvement. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση λόγω της αυξημένης εισροής μεταναστών και προσφύγων τα τελευταία χρόνια, αντιμετωπίζει νέες προκλήσεις κατά την παροχή φροντίδας υγείας. Η Πρωτοβάθμια Φροντίδα Υγείας (ΠΦΥ) είναι το πρώτο σημείο εισόδου στο σύστημα υγείας στις περισσότερες χώρες. Σκοπός της ανασκόπησης ήταν η ανάδειξη των παραγόντων που συμβάλλουν στην πρόσβαση και την ικανοποίηση των μεταναστών και προσφύγων από τις δομές πρωτοβάθμιας φροντίδας υγείας στη Ελλάδα. Πραγματοποιήθηκε ανασκόπηση παρουσιάζοντας άρθρα της τελευταίας πενταετίας από τις βάσεις δεδομένων pubmed, google scholar και Scopus στην Αγγλική και ελληνική γλώσσα. H ανασκόπηση παρέχει αναλύει τις προκλήσεις που αντιμετωπίζουν οι μετανάστες και οι πρόσφυγες από την πρόσβαση και την ικανοποίησή τους από τις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες ΠΦΥ στην Ελλάδα. Οι διεπιστημονικές συνεργατικές προσεγγίσεις συμβάλλουν στην ποιοτικότερη παροχή φροντίδας ενισχύοντας τις συνεργασίες μεταξύ πρωτοβάθμιας φροντίδας υγείας και κοινοτικής συμμετοχής.
