      On October 16, 2019, police arrested Foti, Sigmund, Dion, and Viau. According to the Frenchman, Foti also wanted to kill Viau and Dion and burn their property down. At one point, Foti arranged for Dion to be Sal Scoppa's bodyguard at the boss's son's baptism, a $500 gig.
