      The article focuses on an experiment being tried by the Norwegian government which involves swapping of roles of men and women in a family, with men working as homemakers and women working as breadwinners. The Norwegian Family Council, with the help of sociologist Erik Gronseth, recruited couples who were willing to participate in the role-swapping experiment. Couples like Anne Ibsen Bulko and her husband Johannes Bulko think that labor laws need to be changed to make job swapping a success.
