      The article provides information in relation to naval aviation safety. It highlights the critical role of Intercommunication System (ICS) in military air pilots' tactical crew coordination and safety of flight communications. Other issues concerning the use of a pilot's emergency ICS and UEIF/VHF-1 to communicate is presented.
