The article discusses History and Fiction, which includes distinction between historical fiction, which places imaginary characters within historical contexts, and fictionalized history, in which historical personalities and events form the majority of the narrative, cuts to the core of this issue and downside of historical fiction becomes all the more acute in fictionalized history.
