    • Abstract:
Nektar, a Germany-based band, gained popularity in the UK with their fourth album Remember The Future, which explored environmental themes against a sci-fi backdrop. The band, consisting of four British musicians living in Germany, became part of a bohemian scene in Germany that embraced their unique sound. Remember The Future, released in 1973, was a concept album that told the story of a blind boy guided by a character named Bluebird, who warned about the importance of taking care of the future. The album achieved success internationally, reaching No.19 on the US charts in 1974. [Extracted from the article]
