A Study on the Influence of Incremental Cost of Green Building Based on DEMATEL-ISM. (English)

This paper aims to effectively reduce the incremental cost of green building and promote the development of green building. Based on the identification of the influencing factors of incremental cost of green building, the DEMATEL-ISM model is used to identify the critical and fundamental factors of incremental cost of green building. The results show that feasibility study, operation cost and architectural design are critical factors and have a significant impact on the incremental cost of green building, while regional factors, policy subsidies and consumer perception are fundamental factors and can indirectly affect the incremental cost of green building by influencing other factors. Based on the analysis results, relevant suggestions are proposed for reference. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

为了能够有效控制绿色建筑增量成本, 促进绿色建筑的发展, 在对绿色建筑增量成本的影响因素识别的基础上, 通过 运用DEMATEL-ISM 模型, 分析出绿色建筑增量成本的关键因素和根本因素。结果表明：可行性研究、运营成本和建筑设计 为关键性因素, 对绿色建筑增量成本有重要影响, 而地域因素、政策补贴及消费者观念为根本性因素, 它们可通过影响其他因 素间接影响绿色建筑的增量成本。基于此提出相关建议, 以供参考. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
