Foundation Directory Online

With Foundation Directory, you can put Candid's extraordinary database and fundraising expertise to work for your organization, project, or client, while uncovering information on hundreds of thousands of U.S. foundations.

New Login Process: Foundation Directory Essential is available for remote access through 2021 with a valid CCPL card. Once users log in with their library card and get onto the FDO website, you will be asked to create an account  and sign up for a day pass. The day pass allows you to use Foundation Directory Essential remotely for a 24-hour window. There is a clock at the top of the screen that will tell you how much time remains in the pass. After the 24 hours, the clock will show the next date on which you can activate a new pass (every 30 days).

Since you will be able to create an individual account in FDO Essential, you will have access to the MyFDO features that were not previously available. The day pass makes it possible to provide remote access in a secure and automated way to everyone.
