    • Abstract:
      If we take a closer look at different enterprises, existing in a market, it is easily noticeable that some of them are characterized by excellence in making strate gic business decisions, thus a successful business, while others are drowning in problems caused by passing bad strategic decisions. The answer to the question why this is so lies in the ability of managers to bring the best strategic decisions in the interest of the compa ny. While taking into consideration their cognitive limitations, they will use a number of mathematical models, especially models of game theory. Applying game theory models the enterprise sets its own development situation by using an optimal strategy, whose applica tion would ensure that it reaches its business maximum. Purpose of this paper is to show how the individual instruments of game theory, precisely games with perfect information, can be applied in strategic decision-making in conditions of great turbulence and increasing competition and how the decision made by these applications can ensure the survival of a particular enterprise or economic subject on the existing market.       Ako bolje promotrimo različita poduzeća koja egzistiraju na nekome tr žištu, lako je uočljivo da neka od njih označava izvrsnost pri donošenju strateških poslovnih odluka, a samim time i uspješno poslovanje, dok druga grcaju u problemima izazvanim do nošenjem loših strateških odluka. Odgovor na pitanje zašto je to tako krije se u sposobnosti menadžera da donese najbolje strateške odluke u interesu poduzeća, pri čemu će se, uzevši u obzir vlastitu kognitivnu ograničenost, koristiti brojnim matematičkim modelima. Posebno učinkovitima pokazali su se modeli teorije igara, čijom primjenom poduzeće postavlja vlastitu razvojnu situaciju izborom optimalne strategije, a u cilju dostizanja svoga poslovnog maksi muma. Svrha ovoga rada je jasno prikazati kako se pojedini instrumenti teorije igara, točnije igre sa savršenim informacijama, mogu primijeniti prilikom donošenja strateških odluka u uvjetima povećane konkurentnosti, te kako odluke donesene njihovom primjenom osigurava ju opstanak određenoga poduzeća odnosno ekonomskoga subjekta na tržištu.
