      The article looks at several grantees who enforced policies and developed educational and outreach programs on safe water for communities. Connecticut Department of Public Health held seven water fairs in cooperation with its local area health departments. Delta County, Colorado Health Department responded to requests from residents to offer free well water sampling. New Jersey Department of Health staff identified communities at risk for arsenic and radionuclide contamination of well water.
