The article describes the case of an eight-year-old male who immigrated to the U.S. from El Salvador and was noted to have a history of recurrent fractures. According to the family, their child was diagnosed with osteogenesis imperfecta in their home country. History showed that he had primary dentition issues, including losing his primary teeth early at age 4. The patient continued to be monitored for development of other potential endocrinopathies.
