PENGARUH LITERASI KEUANGAN DAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN USAHA TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA UMKM SEPATU DAN SANDAL DI EKS LOKALISASI DOLLY. (Indonesian)

One of the potential economic development in each region is the existence of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the region. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have played an important role in economic development and become the backbone of indonesia's economy. SME businesses contribute significantly to gross domestic product, employment, innovation, and income in low-income countries. The aim of the study was to analyze financial literacy and business financial management of financial performance on umkm shoes and sandals in ex-dolly localization. The research methods used in this study are questionnaires, interviews, and quantitative data. The results of this study show that if the level of financial literacy of an owner and manager of an MSME is higher then the performance that can be achieved by msmes will increase. Salah satu yang menjadi potensi pengembangan ekonomi disetiap daerah adalah keberadaan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di daerah. Usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) telah berperan penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi dan menjadi tulang punggung ekonomi Indonesia. Bisnis UKM berkontribusi signifikan terhadap produk domestik bruto, lapangan kerja, inovasi, dan pendapatan di negara berpenghasilan rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis literasi keuangan dan pengelolaan keuangan usaha terhadap kinerja keuangan pada umkm sepatu dan sandal di eks lokalisasi dolly. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara, dan data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa apabila tingkat literasi keuangan seorang pemilik maupun manajer sebuah UMKM semakin tinggi maka kinerja yang dapat dicapai oleh UMKM tersebut akan semakin meningkat.
