- Abstract: In this research that belongs to descriptive scanning genre, perception of psychological capitals, job satisfaction and psychological well-being factors of the teachers have been examined from some of the demographic variables perspectives. Psychological Capital Scale, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale and lastly Psychological Well-Being Scale have been utilized as data collection tools. According to the research results, it is presented that significant relations between subdimensions that covers perception of psychological capital, psychological well=being, and job satisfaction factors and various demographic variables. The variables with significant differences between them were discussed from various perspectives according to the findings. In the conclusion part of the research, several suggestions have been proposed for those who are educationalists, researchers, and decision makers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
- Abstract: Bu araştırmanın amacı öğretmenlerin bazı olumlu psikoloji göstergelerini yansıtan psikolojik sermaye algıları, iş doyumları ve psikolojik iyi oluşlarının çeşitli demografik değişkenler açısından incelenmesidir. Betimsel tarama türünde hazırlanan bu araştırma kapsamında öğretmenlerin bazı psikolojik göstergeleri ve iş doyumları; cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi, medeni durum, branş, sendika üyeliği, bulundukları okulda çalışma süreleri ve kıdem gibi demografik değişkenler açısından ele alınmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Psikolojik Sermaye Ölçeği, Minnesota İş Doyum Ölçeği ve Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre öğretmenlerin psikolojik sermaye algıları, psikolojik iyi oluşları ve iş doyumlarının bazı alt boyutları ile çeşitli demografik değişkenler arasında ortaya çıkan anlamlı ilişkiler tartışılmış ve değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonunda eğitimci, araştırmacı ve karar vericiler için birtakım öneriler sunulmuştur. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
