    • Abstract:
Researchers from Fudan University in Shanghai, China have conducted a preliminary study on a novel fibroblast activation protein (FAP)-targeted ligand for colon cancer imaging. The study used small-animal PET/CT imaging to examine the feasibility of a gallium-68-labeled FAP-targeted ligand for tumor imaging. The results showed that the ligand can be used for specific tumor imaging in mouse models, providing a potential alternative for FAP-targeted tumor imaging. The research was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Shanghai Sailing Program. [Extracted from the article]
