      The article discusses the findings of a study on how brain functions in individuals who are madly in love. Chemicals in the brain such as dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonin play a role in romantic love. The study used functional magnetic resonance imaging machine in observing the brain of the subject. The study found that the activity in the ventral tegmental area of the reward circuitry of the brain distributes dopamine to many brain regions which produces focused attention and fierce energy.
