The article presents author's experience of using dialogues, negotiations, between people of different civilizations. He shares that his first project was to educate Jews and Palestinians, living in Israel, to use Buberian dialogue in their daily life. Also, he presents his views on evils of civilization and gives examples of Israeli invasion of Lebanon in 1982 and Israel's response to Palestinian intifada in the occupied territories, starting in December 1987. Additionally, he comments that Jerusalem is a holy place for three religions Christianity, Islam and Judaism and it is expected that dialogues between the three civilizations should occur here naturally. However, he informs that presently very little interaction occur between the three in Jerusalem.
