QUALIFICATIONS OF EDUCATORS FOR IMPLEMENTING ACTION RESEARCH IN THE FUNCTION OF INSTITUTIONAL PRESCHOOL EDUCATION.
    • Abstract:
The development of institutional preschool education strengthens the awareness about the significance of reflexive change of educational practices within the framework of individual kindergarten's authentic cultures. The kindergarten culture is co-constructed by the interaction of all participants in the educational process, but the responsibility for the development of this process lies primarily with the educator. This paper researches the opinion of educators regarding the significance of action research in the development of institutional preschool education and the self-evaluation of personal qualifications for the implementation of action research. The data was gathered through survey. The data indicates insufficient education level of educators and lack of qualifications for the implementation of action research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
    • Abstract:
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
