- Abstract: The article discusses the case of a European traveler who acquired O'nyong-nyong virus (ONNV) infection in Kenya. Topics discussed include signs and symptoms of the German traveler, serologic analysis of the patients using immunofluorescence assay, and close genetic and serologic relationship between ONNV and the chikungunya virus (CHIKV).
