    • Abstract:
The article examines concrete examples of managerial acts and connects these to behavioral concepts. The authors feel that many management studies are largely based solely on a verbal assessment of skills and they feel that a manager's actions are far more important in determining behavior and management style. They consider management behavior analyzing both verbal and nonverbal behaviors with a scale which includes active, dynamic, and interpersonal skills and also social and technical abilities.
