    • Abstract:
The article looks at the college recruiting programs of U.S. corporations in 1953. Bethlehem Steel Co. has pledged to donate 3,000 dollars to 45 colleges for each of the 100 graduates it gets from them for the annual training program. Year-round interviews in 100 colleges are being conducted by the central staff of General Motors in Detroit, Michigan, Dayton, Ohio and New York City. Such trend is described as significant to college graduates.
