      An interview with Dani Jensen, the bakery manager at the Boise Costco in New York is presented. When asked about the number of employees that the bakery has, she mentions that the bakery is manned by twenty workers where about half are full time while the other half are part-time. Jensen reveals that their top-selling products are muffins, bagels, and cheesecake. She notes that holiday items such as pumpkin cheese loaf and maple cupcakes are available during Thanksgiving Day.
