- Abstract: Those utilizing the Monarch Institute and its powerful website include educational and mental health professionals looking for training, or employers seeking qualified workers who happen to have neurological differences. Most are students and their parents who are worried and in pain because they have a problem. The young person is not progressing in learning, behavioral, and social coordination. They come to seek out a path and a reason to hope. They come to be reclaimed from their neurological fate. This article follows one student onto the campus of the Monarch institute, which serves a full range of young persons with neurological differences.
