      The article discusses highlights of the 2019 American Library Association Midwinter Meeting held in Seattle, Washington. The potential merger of the Library Leadership & Management Association, the Association for Library Collections and Technical Services, and Library & Information Technology Association (LITA) has been put on hold. LITA plans to introduce some changes to the LITA Forum. It issued a statement on the incidents of aggressive behavior, racism, and harassment.
